We got the engine in last night. Unfortunately, in the process I lost some needle bearings from inside the left side driveshaft tripod, so that will need to be rebuilt. I’m also concerned that the clutch’s pressure plate bolts were undertorqued, which might mean having to take this whole thing apart again. With the thunderstorms I can’t do much today anyway, but I’m stopping until I’m certain that I don’t need to pull this engine back out and start over a third time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
